That fish don't swim

A friend of mine has a new 7Seas setup. It wasn't long before we noticed something strange. None of the fish will swim while we are on her sim. Anyone know what causes this? They swim on other sims, and they'll swim if they are worn before TPing into her sim.

Bug in Second Life. Sometimes a sim stops allowing spinning objects. We've told the Lindens about it and they haven't been able to fully fix it yet. Nothing we can do.

Does a restart on the sim help?

Sometimes, but it's a temporary fix at best.
