Sorry, not possible. It determines how many prizes you have by getting the number of notecard lines, then picks a random number from 1 to N and grabs that line.
If I had to keep an internal list of which lines are skippable, it'd eat up memory, slow down the script, and make baby Jesus cry. Just don't add blanks. Thanks.
