So I love, love, love the new FAPT and set mine up today. Now I'm getting spammed by folks trying to sell me their CPG services.

Not only that, when I filed a solicitation AR - the "owner" of the CPG services started harassing me:

Before this turns into a pile of drama, please note this sort of thing should be hashed out in personal IMs. Don't drag it onto the forums and start naming names or worse, posting chat logs.

In the GENERIC sense of people using the Area List as a handy means to send unsolicited business offers of any sort to people -- keep in mind that unsolicited business offers rarely end well, as seen above. There are plenty of practices you can engage in to promote your business beyond just running down a list and hammering everybody who may be vaguely interested over the head. Read books on advertising kplox.

I didnt get mine yet

The Fishing Area Promotional Tool only applies to Fishing Area Owners, not ordinary fishers. If you own a Fishing Area Kit, just use your Proof of Purchase to grab the latest copy of the kit and pull out the new FAPT.
