New customs not showing up in Fishiversary

I rezzed my CPG at the Fishiversary location and added 4 new items last night.
They appeared to load, but a friend inworld (I'm at work right now) is telling me only the preexisting customs are showing up on her gizmo list. She also says customs have been few and far between while fishing in Ruthenium.

Is this a known issue or have we missed something? Is there a relationship between the lack of custom catches and the lack of customs recognized by the system? It can't all be from leaving items off the commons list.
