I've re-landscaped the existing Purple Wyvern Fishing area in Jsindo, the best SLURL for this now is:

(the old one probably lands you in the middle of the tower)

Although, feel free to fish at any of the ponds around here! I've put the 7seas vendor in the central area by the tower for those needing bait.
