Customs ideas suggestions

For those that haven't been to my area, the majority of my customs are themed to fairy tails. Just items that make you think of specific stories. Like the glass slipper from Cinderella.

I really need to get off my tail and make some more. But one reason I haven't is I'm stuck for ideas. So I'm asking for some! The list of what I have is of course on the customs page http://7seasfishing.com/cc.html#c56

I'm also open to trying to make items that are linked to other "children's fantasy" books, not just fairy tales. The more classic ones, like Alice in wonderland and Narnia. Instead of the more modern ones like Harry Potter.

I'd love to get a salvage item added as well, but really NO idea what to make for that.

Thanks for any help!

They aren't all things you'd be likely to dredge up with a fishing rod, but here are some random fairytale objects...

Magic Beans (Jack and the Beanstalk -- could be a salvage set, trade cow for magic beans, trade magic beans for a giant vine? Then hen, then harp? Lots of possible items in that story...)
Cinderella's Carriage (could be another salvage set... pumpkins, mice...)
Spinning wheel (Rumplestiltskin... salvage set? Straw and spinning = gold?)
Magic Mirror (Snow White or Beauty and the Beast)
bloodstained key (Bluebeard)
Spindle (Sleeping Beauty)
Mary Poppins' Umbrella
Pied Piper's Pipe
Mermaid's Hair or Sea Witch's Knife (Little Mermaid, HCA ver.)
Purple Crayon (Harold and the Purple Crayon)
Purple Pebble (Alexander and the Wind-Up Mouse)
Bread Crumbs Particle Emitter (Hansel and Gretel)
Red Riding Hood's Cape (and basket?)
Seven With One Blow Belt (Brave Little Tailor)
White Snake (Solomon, or Grimm's Fairy Tales)
Swan Wing (wearable on left arm, from The Six Swans)
Golden Goose Egg
Porridge or Soft Bed (from Goldilocks)
Ugly Duckling (as a pet)
Mechanical Nightingale (the Nightingale, HCA ver.)
The Emperor's New Clothes (Clothing objects but the texture on each is totally transparent? Heh!)
Puss in Boots' Boots
Barley Corn (Thumbelina)

Hmm. Do you want to get into nursery rhymes too? Aesop's fables?

you can also take a single theme and run with it

Pied Piper:

Flute item
Horde of Rats custom
Dance animation
flute music with playing script (maybe in flute)
pied piper clothes (hose, tunic, hat w/feather etc..)
horde of children custom
sack of gold custom (bag with coins falling out of it or drifting around it)

Salvage items: Builds Magical Piper Flutes
flat reed
woven twine
bamboo/reed body
essence of control :)

You can even take themes from many things and do them as a single theme....such as Wicked Witches & Evil Villanesses:

Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty
Wicked Witch of the West from Oz
Queen Grimhilde from Snow White
Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmations
Magnificent Marvelous Mad Madame Mim from The Sword in the Stone
Ursula from the Little Mermaid
Dame Gothel from Rapunzel

I forgot Charlie & the Chocolate Factory!

various candies
golden goose (or squirrel if you go with the book version)
blueprint: candy boat
maybe a golden egg that hatches into a goose?
blueprint: Great Glass Elevator

Any kids books you use, I suggest you use the original book version not the Disney versions - avoid potential copyright problems.
